When the Sharples family approached us to revamp their outdated bathroom, we saw an opportunity to create a modern oasis that perfectly blends comfort and style. We faced the challenge of addressing an unconventional space and outdated features, with the objective of providing a solution that was both practical and aesthetically pleasing.

Throughout the project, we collaborated closely with the Sharples family, ensuring that every decision met their style, needs and our high standards of quality. When it came to the style of the new bathroom, the Sharples family had a clear vision: they wanted a space that was sleek, modern, and maximized every inch of available room. At Creative Homes Scotland, we understood the importance of merging functionality with aesthetics to create a bathroom that was not only beautiful but also practical for everyday use. To achieve a contemporary look, we opted for a minimalist design, incorporating clean lines and a neutral colour palette. This choice not only brightened the room but also provided a timeless elegance that the family could enjoy for years to come.
The Product
At the heart of this transformation was the Harlsden freestanding bath, a stunning centerpiece that combined modern design with ultimate relaxation. Its sleek silhouette and ergonomic design provided a luxurious touch, making it the perfect addition for both aesthetic appeal and comfort. For the flooring, we chose Durango Acero tiles, renowned for their durability and elegant finish. These tiles not only enhanced the room’s visual appeal with their subtle, neutral tones but also offered a resilient surface ideal for a high-traffic area like a family bathroom. Complementing the modern aesthetic was the Iconix Wetwall, which provided a seamless and sophisticated look. Its water-resistant surface was not only practical and easy to maintain but also added a contemporary flair to the shower area. This innovative wall solution minimized the need for grout, reducing maintenance and enhancing the clean, sleek lines of the design.
