Information on our Lifetime Cabinet Warranty can be downloaded here, and it is also sent to you on completion of your project.
This applies to Cabinetry manufactured by us.
Our Bathrooms come with the following Guarantees:
- Furniture (not manufactured by us) – 2 Years Guarantee
- Taps – 5 Years Guarantee
- Sanitaryware – 25 Years Guarantee
- Showers – 1 Months Guarantee
- Wet Wall & Tiles – 5 Years Guarantee

Creative Homes will register Warranties for the following products on your behalf:
Your Warranty for the following are automatically registered with no action required by either your or Creative Homes:
In the unlikely event that you will need to make a guarantee claim on any of the products purchased for your project such as appliances, taps, sinks, drawer inserts etc, you will need proof of purchase. You will then need to contact the manufacturer directly to report the fault. You may be required to provide your original proof of purchase or the product serial number.
Individual products may carry extended manufacturers guarantee or warranty, which are detailed on the manufacturer’s own websites.
